Just a short distance through St Georges Park is the town centre and nearby the newly renovated St Georges Theatre. We take a deposit of the first night's rate charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. An award winning Enjoy England 4 star family run non-smoking guest house. We took over the business in January 2008 and have extensively altered the house from the original 9 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms and have continued to regularly update and decorate to keep the house in excellent good order.The 7 bedrooms which are situated on the 1st and 2nd floors, 5 of which have full en-suite facilities, the other two single rooms have their own showers but share a toilet with each other. This is situated just outside of the rooms and is solely for their use only.All rooms have full central heating, colour TV with Freeview and DVD player. Teacoffee making facilities, Mini Fridge, Alarm Clocks, Hairdryer,Complimentary towels and toiletries and free WIFI access is available throughout the house. In our cosy dining room breakfast is served between 8.30-9.15am. Breakfast Ingredients are sourced locally and there is a choice of Cereals, Fresh Fruit, Grapefruit or Yogurt and Full English, Smoked Haddock, toast and Preserves. Vegetarian and lighter options are available.Sorry we do not have any ground floor rooms and we only take children from the age of 5 years old.Since opening in January 2008 we have many referrals and repeat guests. A47 - Road: Continue on the A47 and follow the signs to Great Yarmouth. At the Acle roundabout take the third exit and continue. When you enter Great Yarmouth you will see caravan park on the left. At the next rounabout take the second exit onto Fullers Hill A12. Continue onto A12 and bear right onto Temple Road. You will now enter the town centre and will see KFC on your right. Take the left hand lane past St Georges park and continue onto Trafalgar Road. We are located past the traffic lights on the left. - Coach: If walking from the coach park continue ahead through Market Gates in the town centre. You will see KFC on the right, keep walking and you will reach St Gearges Park. Turn left onto Trafalgar Road. We are on the left just past the traffic lights. If you should require any assistance with luggage, please ask when making your reservation.. - Bus: From the Bus stop at Market Gates Shopping Centre - Continue ahead through Market Gates in the town centre. You will see KFC on the right, keep walking and you will reach St Gearges Park. Turn left onto Trafalgar Road. We are on the left just past the traffic lights.
