We are a budget 23 bedroom bed and breakfast guest house just 30 seconds from the seafront and beach and 5 minutes to the town Centre. All rooms have Digital Freeview TV with Music and Radio channels, a good supply of towels and toiletries, tea, Coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and bottled water and daily housekeeping, late check-in and check-out (by prior arrangement) and free parking. We have smoking and non-smoking rooms. Breakfast is served in a local cafe from 9am to 4pm. We are within staggering distance of the pubs and clubs! You have own key and 24 hours access. We are covered by CCTV and the latest L2 fire alarm. We have single, double, twin and family rooms. A travel cot is available free. We offer washing, laundry, ironing, clock radioDVDSironsHair dryers free on request. Parking is on street at the front and in a public car park at the rear, parking permits are free on request. Please note we are NOT en-suite. A deposit of the first night's stay will be taken within 24 hours of booking. Our listed Prices are room only. Breakfast is £4.00 PPPN or £2.00 for a child extra. Breakfast times and venue can change, please check for current details. If you require early or late check in or out, parking permits or any other special requests please ask when booking or contact us before you arrive and we will try to arrange your request. There is a bell in reception and we can be contacted 24 hours a day if you require anything or there is a problem we should know about.
