All rooms have been recently refurbished and tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. We are located 50m away from the beautiful sandy beach, and a five minute walk to the town centre. The most popular room is our large family premier room with its own private balcony overlooking the green and excellent sea views. Most of our rooms have en-suite facilities and sea views.All rooms have Hospitality trays, Towels, Toiletries. Hairdryers, Iron and Board are available on request. Flat screen TV Freeview, DVD players and free Wi-Fi, Fitted wardrobes and full length mirrors. Parking permits are available for guests; some may require a refundable deposit. Parking is on road outside Guest House and surrounding area in residents parking bay's.All rooms are NON SMOKING and this includes the balcony.The minimum age for Children is 4 years of age and maximum 15 years when booking family rooms.We do not accept bookings for stag or hen parties or similar events.Sorry no pets.We ask for a one night's payment as a deposit when booking, this is non-refundable; the balance is payable on arrival. If funds are not available at the time of booking we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
